This workshop is designed to support graduate students in the middle and end phases of the Ph.D. process. Set aside some dedicated time for guided reflection and exchange.
The session will help you to reflect on
- what you have achieved so far
- your goals moving forward
- how you can create an individualized plan of action to meet your goals
- how you can maintain work-life balance
The session's outcome will be a 12-month plan of action based on guided self-reflection and exchange with peers during the workshop.
Teaching methods:

- Guided individual reflection and goal-setting

- Peer exchange
What should I bring? Please bring your laptop, any hard copy planners/diaries/calendars you are currently using, and any notes you have on your Ph. D. goals/timelines.
Who should come? PhDs who are at least 1-year into their Ph.D. program.
